Once parents have been invited they will be able to see your nursery doorbell

Only when they are near your nursery will they be able to ring it

When they ring your doorbell, they appear on your screen and are allocated a place in the queue

When you are ready for them press a canned response button inviting them to come to the door.

When you invite the parent, you can also add in their child(ren)’s name and which room they are in

You can watch the incoming parent rings by single room, multiple rooms or all together

The vast majority of pickups and drop offs will be seamless with just the canned responses used

Should the need arise, you and the parent can instant message each other at any time while they are waiting
